February 2012 15c University
The next 15c university will begin in February. The 15c University is a 6 week class that teaches students how to deductively blind taste wine, provides tasting of wines from all the major wine producing regions around the world and incorporates food pairing suggestions and service. There is a power point presentation and handouts for students to follow along. There can be large amounts of wine served so please consider getting transportation after class. Each class is Tuesday night from 6-8pm at 15c in Templeton. Sign up now, space is limited and the class always sells out.
