Abalone Tasting

Saturday March 27th 6 to 8pm

Brad Buckley of the Cayuco Abalone farm will be cooking up 3 courses of abalone for $35!
Additional wine pairing optional for $15

Special rustic abalone steaks, freshly prepared that day 8oz, 8 steaks per box usually $95, $75 that night will be for sale also.  These come packages in gift box with recipes and 2 abalone shells.

Menu for March 27th:
Abalone sashimi paired with daiginjo sake
Abalone sauté paired with manzanilla sherry
Abalone steaks paired with muscadet

Featured Pinot Noir as well…..
