Raw and freshly plucked today from the sea, this sashimi is delicate and pure just like the dai-ginjo sake we paired with it.

Abalone Steak Sauté & Manzanilla sherry
Rustic style abalone steaks are sauted in olive oil and lemon juice and paired with the briney salty Spanish sherry

 Abalone Sauté with butter & Muscadet
Garlic and lemon butter paired with a Loire Valley white wine.

Pinot Noir
a light red wine that if you must pair with delicate abalone.
