Menu for April 1st:
Gravlax with herbs dill, mayer lemon zest, mint and black pepper on toast points with creme friche.
Spinach mixed green salad with balsamic, cucumbers, avocadoes, dried cranberry and pomegrante blend. Topped with feta cheese, toasted pine nuts and mandarian oranges.
Local rock fish fillets sauteed with shallot lemon viniagrette served with garlic mashed potatoes.
