Codorniu Pinot Noir NV

This is like a blanc du noir champagne.  Cava is Spains sparkling wine and this one is made from 100% Pinot Noir, bottle fermented and aged on the lees.  Dry and an incredible value…  $19

Lean and mineral driven.  South Africal makes some of the best Steen in the world rivaling the Loire Valley. $9

 J Dusi Syrah 08

Janelle Dusi is a Zinfandel producer who does a very small amount of Syrah. $36 limit 2
