Winemaker Seminar

Saturday, May 22, 2010 2 – 3 p.m.

Moderated by local certified sommelier, Ali Carscaden of 15 Degrees C and sommelier candidate and General Manager of Villa Creek, Erick Cadena, Wine Festival features an enhanced Winemaker Seminar on Saturday, May 22 at 2 p.m. This unique seminar provides an overview of the distinct, different wines of Paso Robles wine country.  Be ready for maximum wine geek factor along with some down home story telling as a panel of winemakers walk you through their creations, explaining Paso Robles terroir, personal style, individual passion, winery history, and other quirky anecdotes that go into making premium Paso Robles wines.

This year, the seminar takes place in the Downtown Park Tent (Spring Street) and is open to 100 wine enthusiasts. The following wines are to be featured during the Winemaker seminar:
