Annual Thanksgiving Dinner

At Nature’s Touch in Templeton, CA

Appetizers

Filo baked brie & artisnal cheeses, chicken liver pate,  paired with | sparkling cider

 Amuse

Padrone peppers in local olive oil & maladon salt, paired with | tempranillo

Soup & Salad 

Valencia oranges & avocado salad, roasted beats arugala & pear salad, hierloom winter sqash with parmesean custard, paired with | gruner veltiner & chardonnay

 Sides

Mashed potatoes with truffle oil, cranberry & orange peel, chorizo stuffing, lardon & green beans, sweet potatoe casserole, gravy &  flatbread

Main Dish

Grass fed heritage brined turkey & cornish gamehens, paired with | beajalais, pinot noir & pouilly fuisse

Dessert

 Pumpkin walnut pie, pumpkin pie, pecan pie, vanilla ice cream with olive oil & lavender sea salt, paired with | icewine & german riesling

Proceeds of this event will be donated to the Nolan Martinez Recovery Benefit Fund.  Nolan was involved in a DUI car accident on October 4th, 2010 in Paso Robles. Nolan was ejected from the vehicle and transported to Twin Cities with head injuries.
