Viticulture, winemaking and tasting all come together in a hands-on setting! Join Neil Roberts of Roberts Vineyard Services and Clavo Cellars and Ali Carscaden, owner & certified sommelier at 15c. Together the duo will discuss viticultural practices and wine tasting while they lead the group in a hike around the diverse Plum Orchards Vineyard on the West side of Templeton off Santa Rita Rd. The hike/tasting will last approximately 2 hours and will be followed by a catered buffet lunch of seasonal, local foods provided by 15c and, of course, more wine tasting in the old dairy barn.

Come taste the new releases from local winemaker Mike Sinor. Mike will be pouring his pinots and chardonnay in a flight and by the glass. All the wines will be available for purchase that night. For added entertainment, Mark Adams will be playing some tunes! The event is from 6-8pm on Tuesday
This is Cal Poly’s eighth year having their wine festival at Margarita Vineyards, the home of Ancient Peaks Winery. This event is student-run and is a fund-raiser for the Wine and Viticulture program at Cal Poly. Twenty local restaurants will be serving appetizers while attendees taste fine wines and enjoyed live music.

this saturday we are hosting a harvest festival dinner with Villa Creek. come join us to Celebrate Harvest Festival La Espanola style!
chef Tom Fundaro of Villa Creek Restaurant is going to cover the bar(!) at 15C with tapas, a rabbit paella, mussels, clams, boquerones, a carm onion salad, calamari, grilled sardines, octupus salad, gambas (loose translation: prawns or shrimp), gazpacho shooters, marinated cheese plates, sweet potato croquettes, tortilla (obvi!), chocolate mousse o/v sea salth, & shortbread all paired with a wide selection of Spanish wines to pair… we were thinking: tempranillo, sherry, cava, grenache, rueda white, albarino…oh you know—the uzz. ; )
